Ticketing
Your travel requirements:
We will gladly advise you of requirements for your journey. Please ensure that all your documents (Passport, health certificates etc.) are in order prior to commencement of your journey.
Stopovers:
You may break your journey at one or more places en-route and retain the benefit of the through fare, except where precluded by government regulations or on some Excursion Fares, provided notice is given before commencing the journey.
Baggage allowance:
• First Class 40 kilos
• Premier Club Class 40 kilos
• Economy Class 20kilos
Important Baggage Notice:
Safety regulations require that:
1. Articles such as inflammable liquids, corrosives, compressed gases or matches
MUST NOT BE PACKED IN BAGGAGE.
2. Carry-on baggage and related personal belongings are limited to items that can be stowed under the passenger's seat.
Latest Check-in Times:
On your ticket, you will find the latest check-in time. This is the time by which passengers must have presented themselves and their baggage at the airline desk and have been accepted for the flight. Remember to reconfirm your Latest Check-in Time prior to the departure date.
Important:
It is important that you confirm your return or onward reservations at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure. Early reconfirmation assures you of your return seat.
